This is our original handmade card case made from cyanotype leather.

This is done by applying a photosensitive agent to genuine leather, placing objects such as petals and leaves on it, and exposing it to sunlight to project the silhouette of the object. "Cyanotype" means sunlight photography. As this is our original technique, we call it "Cyanotype leather."

I folded it in half and put a commercially available card case inside. It's a good size and easy to use for carrying transportation IC cards, credit cards, medical cards, etc. I also added a lining.

The card case can be easily replaced, so you could replace it with another commercially available one, or you could put a small notepad inside.

Due to the technique used, no two pieces of Cyanotype leather are the same, so each piece is unique. We apologize if the item is sold out.
