We have added a range of colour variations to our braided cord bracelets, which have long been part of our original product line.

Basically, it is assembled in exactly the same way as a traditional obi-jime, but the thickness has been changed and they are available in a colorful range of colors to make them a modern accessory.

I make a single braid by changing the braiding method halfway through, so that the changed part looks like an accent. I like it, but it takes quite a bit of work to make, so I didn't make many of them. However, many foreign tourists like them, probably because they are impressed with the modern Japanese feel, and I got used to making them as I continued, so I decided to work hard and make a standard color variation to exhibit and sell.

"These are original designs, made here one by one, and only sold here," this idea seems to be appealing to customers from overseas, and the response has been very good, with couples already purchasing matching sets in different colors.
